VRCA 2021 Awards of Excellence
Silver Award, Naikoon PH1 Project
Jeff and Simon Ironworks provided fabrication work on the Naikoon PH1 project, which received a Silver Award from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) at the 2021 Awards of Excellence gala. The VRCA Awards of Excellence recognize outstanding achievement by general contractors, trade contractors, and suppliers across the BC construction industry.
The Naikoon PH1 project placed in the General Contractors, Up to $20 Million category. Jeff and Simon's role as trade fabrication contractor contributed to the project's recognition.

C.W.B. certified to CSA W47.1
Jeff and Simon Ironworks is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau, a requirement structural engineers specify on institutional and commercial scopes.
Certification under CSA W47.1 (Canadian Welding Bureau) covers structural welding of steel. Every crew member is a licensed welder with experience across both architectural and structural scopes. The certification is current and applies to all fabrication produced at the Burnaby shop.
Engineers and architects specifying CWB-certified fabricators for institutional, commercial, or residential structural steel packages can verify certification status through the CWB certified company directory.
