The team follows strict construction and design standards while keeping safety protocols active through fabrication, coordination, and installation. All structural welding is performed by qualified welders under C.W.B. supervision.

Most residential projects take 4–8 weeks from approved shop drawings to installation. A standard railing replacement runs 4–6 weeks. A full custom staircase with mixed materials can take 8–12 weeks. Commercial projects with architect review cycles typically run 10–16 weeks depending on scope and coordination requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We fabricate in mild steel, stainless steel (304 and 316 grades), aluminum, and specialty metals as specified. Finish options include powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, brushed stainless, and custom colour matching. Material selection depends on the application — for example, stainless steel 316 is recommended for waterfront properties due to salt air corrosion resistance.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
